Placing an Order and Payment
By completing a Purchase Order, You are making an offer to purchase the product at the price set out in the Website.
Payment must be made at the time of submitting the Purchase Order. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Afterpay, or PayPal only. You warrant that You are an authorised user of the credit card, Afterpay account, or PayPal account used to complete payment.
All Purchase Orders placed through this Website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by SORN Industries. We will email you with confirmation of the receipt of Your Purchase Order. SORN Industries may reject Your Purchase Order for any reason and refund any payment made by You, at any time prior to dispatch.
The Purchase Order must be paid in full immediately upon entry into the Agreement. All transactions are settled in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you are ordering from outside Australia, and your bank account or credit card is held in a different currency, you can still order by credit card – your currency will automatically be converted to Australian Dollars when you complete the transaction. The conversion rate varies from day to day with the current exchange rate. Many banks also charge a small currency conversion fee, contact your bank or credit provider for details. In some areas of the site, prices will be shown with an estimate of the price in your home currency. These converted prices are for information purposes only, to help you get an idea of the approximate cost of a product, and they may not be the exact amounts that will appear on your credit card statement. The final charge to your card is made in Australian Dollars and the ultimate conversion rate is determined by your bank or credit card provider. For this reason, we are not able to take responsibility for the final amount charged to your credit card or PayPal account.
SORN Industries may vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes on this Website without prior notice to You. If SORN Industries requests payment for increased prices, You may cancel the order. Notification of your wish to cancel the order in these circumstances must be received within seven (7) days of the announcement of the increase.

The prices for goods displayed on the SORN Industries website are indicative only, are not binding upon SORN Industries and are subject to change. SORN Industries reserves the right to change the prices displayed on its website without notice.
If there is any discount applied by SORN Industries to the price of any goods, any discount will only be applicable if payment is made by the customer within the time frame specified in the sales order or invoice.

DELIVERY LEAD TIMES
Dispatch from SORN Industries warehouse is currently estimated within 7 days from payment.
For most of our deliveries we use Australia Post who deliver anywhere within Australia. Your location, product/order size will determine how soon you will receive your order.
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse estimated delivery times should only be used a guide line. SORN Industries will not be liable for any late deliveries.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order is dispatched, our
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
FAULTY GOODS
Will be replaced once returned to SORN Industries. SORN Industries will not arrange a return unless the item/s are in the original packaging and at the original place of delivery. If the same item is not available a credit will be issued, this can be used towards the next order or a similar product but must be used within 12 months from date of issue.
No credit will be given on freight. Replacement item/s will be delivered to the original address supplied by the purchaser. N.B. In the event of an item to be deemed faulty SORN Industries will try to rectify any problem where a replacement is not available. Please contact our team to discuss and facilitate an alternative or solution for you.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Must be reported within 48hours, or a reasonable time frame, or no claims will be accepted. These will be replaced or if no replacement available the item will be refunded. SORN Industries will not accept liability for any breakage or damage to goods, which have been moved from the original delivery point, images are required for assessment. All original packaging must be retained.
RETURN POLICY RETAIL
Return of goods for change of mind, or size/colour must contact store within 7 days of purchase. Products must be sent back to store with your receipt of purchase and must be in original packaging and in original condition for a credit/replacement only. We do not refund for change of mind. All freight costs incurred are to be paid by the purchaser, no returns will be accepted on sale items so please choose carefully.
Finishes, colour and sizes may vary due to the character of the product we accept NO responsibility for the return or refund due to these variations. Please check with the or sales team if this is vital to your project.
Deposits taken for backorders are non-refundable if you choose to cancel your order, instead a credit will be applied towards your next order.

REFUND POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

HOW TO WASH LINEN CUSHIONS
Our European linen is woven to our exact specs and thread counts. Most pieces are garment dyed in colours unique to Eadie resulting in a rich, intense colour and beautiful softness. Cheaper versions usually contain linen flax from China, that doesn’t stand the test of time.
The cushion covers can be warm machine washed on a gentle cycle with a gentle liquid detergent. They can also be tumble dried on a low heat and ironed on the reverse side as needed.
HOW TO WASH VELVET CUSHIONS
Our customers are often surprised to discover that our luxurious velvet can also be warm machine washed – on a gentle cycle with a gentle liquid detergent. You can also choose to tumble dry them on a low heat or line dry in the shade. Iron on the reverse side as needed.
HOW TO WASH COTTON CUSHIONS
Most of our cotton cushions can also be machine washed following the above instructions, however we advise you to check the care label as a few require hand washing.
HOW TO WASH THROWS
We advise checking the care label for each throw as they do vary depending on the detail. For designs with tassels a gentle hand wash and line dry will preserve the quality of the product. Other throws can be warm machine washed on a gentle cycle and tumble dried.
Please note this is a guide and we recommend following the care labels on each piece for exact instructions.
