No returns without prior authorization. Requests must be made within 7 days of receipt. Email [email protected] with your invoice, item details, and customer ID.
Approved returns must include a Return Confirmation (RC) and be sent back to our distribution center. Credit issued within 7 days of receiving returned goods.
Goods must be in original condition and packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping and transport damage. A 20% restock fee applies.
For faulty/damaged items, provide images and a description for credit or replacement.
